2jaybet Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "2jaybet", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 2jaybet platform, its operating entity, and any subsidiaries or related companies responsible for operating the services available at 2jaybet.net.
• "Platform" means the 2jaybet website, mobile-optimised web application, and all related services, tools, and content made available through the domain 2jaybet.net.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 2jaybet Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the 2jaybet Platform following successful registration and verification.
• "Services" means the sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, promotions, and any other features offered through the 2jaybet Platform.
• "PKR" or "Rs" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the 2jaybet Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to activate full account functionality including withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to your account by 2jaybet under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal as real funds.

By accessing or using any part of the 2jaybet Platform — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any casino game — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 2jaybet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the 2jaybet Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

2jaybet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at 2jaybet.net/terms-conditions. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact information held on their Account.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with 2jaybet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and no exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not register Accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. Provision of false information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, either through 2jaybet or through any other responsible gaming programme.
• You must not be registered on any national or international problem gambling exclusion database or equivalent registry applicable to you.
• You must not already hold an existing 2jaybet Account. Only one Account per person, per household, and per device is permitted at any time.

2jaybet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or as part of routine compliance procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account on the 2jaybet Platform. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not authorised by you. 2jaybet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to use your Account, or use another person's Account. Accounts are strictly non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned.

2jaybet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• The Account holder is or has become ineligible to hold an Account;
• The Account is being used by a person other than the registered Account holder;
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require account action.

Upon Account closure — whether initiated by the user or by 2jaybet — any real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds and winnings derived from a breach of these Terms) will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification.

All financial transactions on the 2jaybet Platform are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 2jaybet does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by 2jaybet on PKR transactions.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. 2jaybet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account status.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your 2jaybet Account instantly or within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 2jaybet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit funds into the same Account, subject to availability. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must complete KYC verification to the satisfaction of the 2jaybet compliance team. Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed same day. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one business day.

2jaybet reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of security checks, KYC verification, or investigation of suspected fraud. Where a withdrawal is withheld pending investigation, 2jaybet will notify the Account holder within a reasonable timeframe.

Funds deposited into a 2jaybet Account must be used for genuine wagering activity. Depositing funds with no intention to wager — for example, to exploit a deposit bonus without genuine play — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2jaybet offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Account holders from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which shall apply in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, minimum odds conditions, and expiry period are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered through the stated requirement first.
• Where a maximum withdrawal cap applies to a bonus, any winnings in excess of that cap derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon withdrawal.
• Bets placed on certain markets or games may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, toward wagering requirements. Refer to each individual promotion for contribution rates.
• Bonus Funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse 2jaybet promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, use of multiple payment methods to claim a promotion more than once, collusion with other players, or pattern of play evidently intended to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 2jaybet reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, and to close the Account, in such circumstances.

2jaybet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not prejudice any legitimate wagering activity already completed in good faith under the promotion's terms.

The specific rules governing each sport, market, casino game, live dealer table, and slot title available on the 2jaybet Platform are published within the relevant section of the Platform. These product-specific rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Sports Betting: All bets placed on the 2jaybet Platform are final once confirmed. 2jaybet reserves the right to void any bet where it is placed in error, at clearly incorrect odds, or on an event where the result has already been determined at the time of placement (commonly known as "late betting"). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Account holder's balance.

Live Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's real-time feed being operational. In the event of a technical error affecting live odds, 2jaybet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. 2jaybet is not liable for data latency or technical issues caused by third-party data providers.

Casino & Slots: All casino games and slot titles available on 2jaybet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing bodies. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel. 2jaybet accepts no responsibility for any loss of progress, winnings, or game state resulting from a disconnection or technical failure during a game session, subject to the completion rules specified per game.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all wagering products on the 2jaybet Platform and are displayed at the point of placing each bet or wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jaybet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account on the 2jaybet Platform, directly or through a third party.
• Underage use: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any underage person.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments; making fraudulent chargebacks; providing false identity documentation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between 2jaybet and other operators to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome.
• Automated systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human activity.
• Money laundering: Using the 2jaybet Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on sporting events where you have direct or indirect knowledge of, or involvement in, the manipulation of the event's outcome.
• Bonus abuse: Any activity designed to exploit bonus offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose, including coordinated abuse across multiple accounts.

All content on the 2jaybet Platform — including but not limited to the 2jaybet brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, odds data, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of 2jaybet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2jaybet Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 2jaybet Platform without prior written consent;
• Use any 2jaybet branding, trademarks, or trade names in any manner likely to cause confusion or imply association;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any 2jaybet software.

Any unauthorised use of 2jaybet intellectual property will result in immediate revocation of Platform access and may give rise to legal action for damages, injunctive relief, or both.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2jaybet, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 2jaybet Platform.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 2jaybet shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to the Platform that are beyond 2jaybet's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider delays, errors, or service interruptions;
• Any loss of data or Account information caused by events outside 2jaybet's control;
• Gambling losses incurred on the Platform — you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are a foreseeable and accepted outcome;
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or content published on the Platform, which is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

2jaybet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your 2jaybet Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 2jaybet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

2jaybet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 2jaybet.net/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to 2jaybet processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 2jaybet includes registration information, identity verification documents, transaction records, betting history, and technical data such as IP addresses and device identifiers. This data is used for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement.

If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2jaybet holds its international gaming licence.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and 2jaybet, we encourage you to contact the 2jaybet customer support team in the first instance. Our team will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly, typically within five (5) business days of receipt.

If your complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with 2jaybet support, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under 2jaybet's operating licence. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided to you upon request.

Any formal legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the jurisdiction governing 2jaybet's licence. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
